Emma Rose Kenney is an American actor from the United States. She played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher in Shameless in the year 2011 to 2021. Harris Conner Healy was her role on the 10th season of Roseanne and its spin-off The Conners. Kenney is born September 14, 1999, in New York City. Kevin Kenney is a former New York Post sportswriter who currently writes on behalf of Fox Sports. Her mother, Gillian Kenney, is an attorney for criminals. Emma Kenney's home town is the same as her Shameless co star Emmy Rossum. Kenney, who was born in and raised in Manhattan and is the 19 year old actress who is the character Debbie the main character on Showtime's hit drama, Shameless. Her formative years were lived living in New York's Garden State. Kenney was also well known as Darlene Gilbert's daughter, Harris and was a part of The Roseanne revival.
